Guests can enjoy the infinity pool, jacuzzi and gym, all overlooking MMU grounds and enjoy beautiful sunset by the poolside. Minimally furnished but guaranteed to be comfortable and cozy. Quiet despite being close to amenities, this place is great for you to relax and chill. The space Our bedroom has a closet with drawers and a queen-sized bed. Big windows allow spectacular view of nearby parks, greens, mosque and lakes without having to get up from the bed. There is a sliding door with lock separating the bedroom from the rest of the unit should you need some privacy. Simply decorated bedroom with ceiling fan and air-conditioning unit. There is a small kitchen with a small counter top which guests can use to have their meals and is also perfect as a workspace. There is a hood and electric hob/stove but unfortunately, we do not allow any cooking in the unit to ensure the comfort of other guests. However, we provide basic cockery (plates, bowls, forks/spoon) along with coffee/tea making facility (electric kettle and coffee/tea), a microwave and some light snacks which guests may consume. The living room comes with a sofa bed which can sleep two persons comfortably. Even though coronavirus Is no longer a threat, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. We practise cleaning method as recommended by airbnb and use appropriate cleaning products and disinfectant during room cleaning. We do cleaning on our own and do not source out cleaning to a third party to ensure that all cleaning process is done thoroughly. We expect all guests who stay with us to strictly observe all house rules. Guest access An infinity pool with jacuzzi overlooking the grounds of a private school and university is on the 9F. There is a sauna in the changing room as well. A small playground, a tennis court. outdoor workout areas, BBQ pits, gazebos for picnic are also on the same floor. The gym is on the 9M Floor, along with a prayer room. Kindly observe all rules set up by the property management while using the facilities such as wearing proper swim wear etc. Due to coronovirus, some of the common facilities are closed in accordance to the restrictions set up by the governent as part of the actions taken to curb the spread of the disease. In addition, to use some common areas or facilities, you may be required to show proof of vaccination to the building management.
