Cosy dining area with French cherry wood dining table and benches. Good sized main bedroom with 4' 6" wide bed, small second bedroom with two 3' wide twin beds. Bathroom with WC, bath, hand basin and new shower. Full calor gas central heating, electricity & logs included. First bag of logs is included and any extra bags are charged at £5 each. Guest access Guests will have full private use of all amenities, house and gardens. Although semi detached this property enjoys it's own private garden area. There is shared pathway access to the off-road parking space and note that the parking is on a slope so it is not suitable if you have mobility issues.
