Our two-room apartment is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday or a convenient base for exploring Warsaw. It is a perfect place for those who value peace and proximity to attractions. The Medicover Hospital and Paley Institute are just a 20-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment includes a parking space in the garage (check the dimensions - description below). Pets are also accepted. The space The flat is located on the first floor of a 4-storey building, in a closed estate (the block is away from the main street, which makes the apartment quiet). It consists of a spacious living room with an air conditioning and comfortable, convertible sofa (sleeping size 115x210 cm- is recomended for two children, or one adult and a child). A great advantage is a place for remote work - with a desk, 24" monitor and high-speed internet (750 Mb / s) available to guests. From the living room you can go out to a nice balcony, from where - especially in the evenings, you can admire the beautiful sunsets. The living room is connected with a kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories and appliances needed to prepare meals. The large bathroom has a rain shower, and washing machine . Cable TV (smart tv, Netflix etc) are also available to guests. The price includes a parking space in the underground garage. Max dimensions of the car: length 5000 mm, width without mirrors: 1900 mm, maximum height 1950 mm, maximum weight 2000 kg (the place is intended for a passenger car, unfortunately the van won't fit). There is a public car park in front of the building. Other things to note Loud behavior or music is not allowed between 10 pm - 8 am. Smoking any kind of parties, meetings occasional events are forbidden. If the keys are lost, the Guest will be charged for the replacement of the locks. Only people registered during the reservation can stay in the apartment.
