Private Villa with pool in Cesme Ilica

Welcome in Cesme, My house is a summer and winter detached house surrounded by green trees for privacy at the pool and terraces. It has a parking for one car inside the garden. The pool is 1,65m deep. It is approx. 700m to the Ilica beach, shops and restaurants. The popular village Alaciti is only 15 min by taxi or firm walk. Cesme is hot during the summer but most of the days there is a nice summer breeze. The garden and pool are taken care during the summer by service people. Enjoy it Sema, The space The salon with tile of the house has a fireplace and can be heated by wood in cold days. It has 3 outside terraces, front side and back. The sleeping rooms have wooden floors. The vide gives you a view from above onto the salon. The master bedroom has air conditioning. The private pool is next to the salon terrace and not surrounded by fences. Children and babies who cannot swim must be always under the surveillance of adults. The windows of the house are covered with automatic shutters which are command by remote control. The whole house and garden with pool is included in the rent. Guest access You have entree to the complete house included pool and garden and an inside closed car parking for one car. Other things to note The garden is surrounded with trees for complete privacy, the pool is 1.65m deep and is connected to the main salon terrace on the side of the house. Children and babies who cannot swim must be always under the surveillance of adults.
