Charming 3-story house in the beautiful streets of Altea's iconic old town. It was renovated to create a current, fresh, comfortable lifestyle and together preserve its historical soul. Tourist number VUT-0461336-A The space We access the house from a large wooden gate that leads to the living room, an open and very modern room, the kitchen is fully stocked. On this same floor we have a very nice large outdoor patio. Going up the stairs we reach the first floor, where there is the bathroom with shower and the bedroom with double bed, on the next floor we have another bedroom with two single beds and access to the terrace overlooking the old town of Altea, specifically the church and the southern area of the place. There is air conditioning throughout the house. Guest access The lower part where the dining room and the outdoor patio are located is ideal for organizing any type of event. The well-used space gives us total comfort in this home, it is a space that makes you want to. Ask if you need parking at Alicante or Valencia airports or to rent a vehicle. Crib service for an extra 15 euros. Request when booking. Other things to note We have to keep in mind that this type of housing is part of the old area and is built with the same dimensions as in the past, so the stairs are a bit narrow and steep. The cleaning professionals in charge of this home do their best to provide the safest possible space for our guests.
