My renovated farmhouse is located in a quiet, wooded enclosed garden, an 8-minute walk from the Fontaine aux Bretons beach. The 70 m2 house includes a terrace overlooking the kitchen, a living room/bedroom with a canopy bed for 2 people and a sofa bed for 2 people, a bedroom with a bed for 2 people, a bathroom with direct access to the garden. A shelter at the bottom of the garden allows for one car to be parked. The property is located in a quiet hamlet. The space In Pornic, come and enjoy my renovated farmhouse which retains its authentic character with its old stones. You will be an 8-minute walk to the beach and the coastal path. Here, you can discover the Côte de Jade with its beaches and fisheries. Pornic city center with its harbor, castle and the famous Fraiseraie ice cream is a 5-minute drive. You will find a supermarket, bakery and pharmacy within a 3-minute drive. The proximity of La Baule, Guérande with its salt marshes and the island of Noirmoutier offers Pornic an additional attraction. The south-facing, single-story house includes: - a terrace overlooking the kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. - A living-dining room with fireplace, flat-screen TV, 140 x 200 canopy bed and a double sofa bed. - A bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed with closet. - Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Towels and bed sheets are not provided. Guest access Tenants have the entire place to themselves as well as the garden and covered terrace. No pets are allowed.
