It is situated in a detached house in a unique part of Ascot/Sunninghill, walking distance to Sunninghill village and the mainline Ascot station with direct services to Waterloo and Reading serving London and the West country. Easy access to major roads and motorways make it an ideal location for business persons working in the area. Guest access You are welcome to enjoy the pleasant, quiet, secluded garden which is surrounded by a small woodland. I am happy for guests to use the large dining table if they need to work . There is plenty of off road parking on the drive. During your stay A friendly welcome. Breakfast is not included but I am happy for guests to make use of the kitchen and dining area. Tea and coffee is provided in the room. Other things to note I have no pets though, in the past, I have owned a short haired cat.
