The house is entirely on one level, ideal for a comfortable family stay. You will enjoy a fenced garden, perfect for children, as well as a large wooden terrace facing east and south. Two shaded areas will allow you to enjoy the coolness throughout the day: one under a shade sail, the other protected by an electric awning. You will particularly appreciate the bar area overlooking the pine forest, ideal for sharing a friendly moment after the beach or golf. 📶 Modern comfort & remote working The villa has a high-performance FIBER internet connection, with Wi-Fi 6. The smart TV, equipped with a Chromecast, will allow you to enjoy your streaming subscriptions (Netflix, Disney+, etc.). For golfers or teleworkers, the Golf co-working space is accessible nearby: offices, meeting rooms, videoconferencing, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, free parking, self-service coffee and tea, photocopier, scanner and refrigerator. 🎲 Leisure & relaxation After a day at the beach or on the green, you will find board games and books at the villa, to share good times with family. Guest access The residence is equipped with a private swimming pool. The house has a private parking space adjacent to the home. At the entrance of the residence, there is also a large open public parking lot for easy parking. Other things to note 🌞 What to do on site? From the house, many bike paths and walking paths will easily take you to the beach or forest for beautiful walks and hikes accessible to all ages (marked trails). Bike rentals are available near the residence, with trailers for children. A health trail and a 28 km greenway, fully secured, will allow you to reach Lake Léon (5 km) or Lake Soustons (15 km). The guarded beach, the longest in Aquitaine, stretches over 6 km of fine, golden sand. There are beach volleyball courts, famous surf spots (schools and courses possible) and an authorized naturist area. The Huchet stream, nicknamed the Landes Amazon, can be discovered by canoe for an unforgettable immersion in nature. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the magnificent golf course designed by Trent Jones, ranked among the 25 most beautiful in France, with its 18 and 9-hole courses between forest, airial and oceanfront links.
