The property is located in the heart of the Landes forest, only 20 minutes from the Atlantic beaches. The place is therefore ideal to enjoy all the benefits of the holiday : enjoy the beach or the many other activities nearby. The space Housed in an old barn, close to the Landes house on which it used to depend, it is totally independent and has its own 1 hectare plot of land. Oriented towards the forest and the rising sun, you have superb views of nature from the first hours of the morning. We completely renovated the house in 2012. With a surface of 70m² (+ a canopy of 20m²), it has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 7/8 guests. It is fully equipped, from the inside out, and offers all the comforts of a modern home in an ancient setting. Guest access The entire house is available for rental.
