Our house is an independent, comfortable and clean rustic house. We like it specially for a nice landscape. It is in countryside to 800 m. from the beach and 1,4 kilometer from Marzamemi; it's a located in area useful for visiting Sicily south East. The space The house is in countryside but only 800m. from the beach. You'll have the availability of the whole house and the surrounding area that you live independently. The house is also particularly suitable for family with children for its large space around. There are three bedrooms, can accommodate up to 8 people. There is also a living room with a sofa bed, kitchen, two bathrooms, a large veranda, an external shower and a private parking area. the prices change according of the number of guests and of the period. Guest access One of bedroom is independent, with reserved entrance and private bathroom. Guests have access to the entire house, including the veranda, terrace and outdoor shower. Other things to note A part of the house was built in the end of the eighteenth century, another part was built in the fifties, recently was restored. Guests have access to a canoe, bicycles with chair for children, a beach umbrella and beach rackets. The beaches in the area are mostly free, with free access.
