This is a private 1 bedroom with your own bathroom (not attached) at my beautiful place in Mont Kiara.You will be sharing a common space with me eg.living room and kitchen. Suitable for ladies who wants a safe,clean and comfortable place to stay and travellers who wants a short or long term stay. Accessibility 5mins drive/15min walk to the nearby restaurants or convenient stores at Publika Mall,Solaris,1 Mont Kiara,163 are all nearby. The space A homely and cozy place.It has everything that you need and much more.You’ll be sharing the living and dining area with me as I live in the condo as well and would be happy to assist you with your travel queries. Guests will have their own private room and your own bathroom located outside of the room. This is a high end condo,guests are welcome to use the condo facilities eg.gym,pool however are advise to be mindful of the privacy of the other condo residents.Its a friendly residency where everyone greets each other as common courtesy or smiling at you on the lift;consist mostly of expats and locals. Guest access I truly enjoy staying here and would appreciate that my guests treat this place like their own by keeping it clean and tidy at all times. During your stay I’m mindful about your privacy and space.Happy to assist when required. Likewise, I appreciate the same from you. Other things to note No smoking(may smoke outside) Not suitable for pets No parties or events Not suitable for infants (Under 2 years) Due to high security at my condo.Only registered guests who is confirmed through Airbnb are allow to stay here.No additional guests or visitors.Please ensure you put in the correct guest number when you make your bookings.
