Villa Pégase: Pleasant bright villa, quiet on Mont Saint Clair, in a green setting. "Horizon" room with AIR CONDITIONING. Large double bed and sofa bed. You are a 12-minute walk from the beach! Your vehicle can stay here. The Corniche with its shops, restaurants and buses is an 8-minute walk away. ------ I speak fluent English & German. Welcome to our nice villa on Mont St Clair. Quiet area. 12 minutes to the beach, 8 minutes to supermarket & restaurants. The space Our Pegasus villa is particularly quiet. It has multiple terraces overlooking the sea, the hackberry trees or large pines. We offer 2 to 3 double/triple bedrooms for rent and a studio, these accommodations are on different levels, with stairs. Your "Horizon" room is upstairs with its sea view, it overlooks a terrace through a bay window. It consists of a queen size double bed 160 x 200, sofa bed, coffee table and wardrobe. We can install an extra single bed if needed (Book for 2 and write to us to pay the supplement/night/person). Duvet, sheets, towels, shower gel, shampoo are available. It is equipped with a Wi-Fi Internet connection. Guest access You have a pleasant semi-private terrace in front of your room, facing south with a table for up to 6 people. If you choose the option with breakfast, it can be served there or on our large terrace with the other guests. A large bathroom with shower is available just next door to your room. It is privatized. Hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels are available. Note that there are stairs and part of the garden is under construction. Feel free to enjoy the garden! Depending on the time of year/or day, we share our kitchen, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, the main terrace for meals or to relax while looking for squirrels. A place in our refrigerator can be made available to you on request. You have access on request and if respectful use to: our washing machine, ping pong table, foosball, soccer cages, slide, petanque balls, beach volleyball rackets, a mölki, board games and a large trampoline. During your stay Any questions are welcome, so please feel free to contact me by text or call. We are a happy couple to welcome you and dedicated to making your stay as pleasant as possible. We have advice, maps, documents, loans, books... at your disposal. We offer additional services at fair prices such as picking you up at the train station, preparing breakfast or even a meal.
