Lovely comfortable and spacious home a few steps to the sea. In a private community of 20 homes, with a community pool 30 meters away. The house has a large balcony, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. It has a large kitchen with pots and pans, dishes and glasses. All linens are provided. Great place for children to run around; quiet and safe. Natural and lush environment with ocean and mountains. The space This is a comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom home, a stone's throw from the water. There is a shared swimming pool next door, so you can stay cool while enjoying the views and garden. The house has a large balcony, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. It has a large kitchen with pots and pans, dishes and glasses. All linens are provided. Daily housekeeping is optional if desired. Our private beach is about 100 meters away. There is 1 restaurant within a short walking distance (400 meters) and several other restaurants within 3 kilometers. 2 restaurants will deliver and one will pick you up for meals (when they aren't too busy). We sometimes can help with transportation too, and have a part time car-and-driver. We also have cars and scooters for rent. We are located on the East Coast of Koh Chang, and White Sands Beach is 12 kilometers away. We can provide transportation from Bangkok by private minivan. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms. This is a small private community of 18 homes, in a quiet residential area. There is a lot of room for kids to roam around without worrying about traffic, as we are at the end of a private road. Please request any additional information. Guest access You will have access to the beach, community pool, and all the public areas. Other things to note It is a quiet neighborhood, we ask that all respect that. Please not loud or late parties.
