Tirimoana has a large and sunny open plan kitchen, dining and living area with 2 spacious bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 4 adults or a family of 5. The house has fantastic indoor-outdoor flow opening onto 3 decked areas for more space to relax. The space Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed plus a built in wardrobe with lots of space. Bedroom 2 is a large room and has a sturdy bunk bed with queen size on the bottom and a king single above with 2 free standing 3 draw units and free standing hanging rack. The bunk beds have good quality inner sprung mattresses. Both bedrooms have bi-fold doors that open onto a small deck with sea views. A portacot and highchair is available for use, please request when booking. A BBQ and outdoor table on a family friendly deck adds to the multiple spaces where you relax all while keeping an eye on the kids on the nearby trampoline. Front deck has views back to Auckland city - you can enjoy this space rain or shine as it is covered and relax and has comfortable table and chairs. Tirimoana is newly redecorated and stylish throughout. With new carpet, flooring, fridge and a new Bosch oven with gas hobbs as well as the convenience of a dishwasher. The repainted bathroom has a new shower over bath. The modern open plan kitchen, dining and living area open onto 3 decks enhancing the indoor-outdoor summer holiday living. The lounge and kitchen have 3 sets of bi-fold doors plus large windows that fill the room with natural light. The kitchen has a large breakfast bar with 4 stools, a great focal point for family and friends. Guest access Enjoy the complimentary use of unlimited fibre broadband and a smart TV, including use of Lightbox, to keep your family entertained. There is a large washing machine for your use and drying rack in the laundry. There’s a coffee plunger and coffee stovetop moka for your use.
