Nestled in the jungle up in the hills of Koh Tao, ours is a place like no other. With panoramic views of the glistening sea this Villa was built to enhance everything surrounding it, from the Jungle to the Sea. The ceilings are high and open creating a space that has the feeling of being part of the outdoors yet with all the modern luxuries a Villa must have. The space The jewel of our Villa is the view, and the huge 120m terracotta terrace to truly take it in. Whether its lying in a hammock to watch the sun go down or taking advantage of the full outdoor dining set complete with BBQ, this space makes you feel like you are in a luxury treehouse that is only your own. On clear days you can even see the mainland, Koh Samui, Koh Phangnan and Koh Tao’s little sister Koh Nanguan. Don’t be surprised to see some beautiful Sea Eagles flying at eye level, squirrels jumping from one tree to another, and of course the Tokay Gekko’s who sing while they do you the favour of eating any mosquito that comes in their path. A 5 minute scooter or taxi ride will take you to the centre of Sairee town and beach, so you’re never too far away from the restaurants and bars, but when you’re up at the villa, its only the sounds of the Jungle that will keep you company. Living Room, Kitchen and Bedroom The Villa is open plan and spacious, built with natural elements in mind. The blissful breeze flows through the open space. The Living Room is decked out with a 55-inch smart tv complete with Netflix, should you ever get tired of the view. The Kitchen has everything you might need and more, including a big American style Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Gas Stove, Blender and Dining Set for 4. The Bedroom is on the mezzanine level above the living room, facing the sea view and benefits from the same natural airflow. With wooden floors and a king size luxury bed with hotel quality sheets to make sure you have a comfortable nights sleep. There are 2 foldable beds located in the living area. they are big and comfortable, 1 meter wide each. they can also be placed next to each other to make 1 more king size bed, and also comes with hotel quality sheets and pillows. The Bathroom A Jungle Villa is not a Jungle Villa without your own hot water rain shower! This Bathroom is fully equipped with western standards for comfort and luxury. Large fluffy towels, soaps, shampoo and conditioner as well as a hair dryer is provided. Guest access Paradise View Villa is the entire top floor and has its own private entrance on street level. Guests have access to the entire top floor with Mezzanine, bathroom and 120m Terrace. *large open plan living space everything is private and yours to use! Other things to note the villa is surround by jungle. now and then its possible to have a few small lizards inside the house, and even the beautiful tokay. please don't be scared, they are totally harmless, sit somewhere close to the ceiling, hoping to catch a mosquito or fly. somethimes a squirrel can hop on the balcony trying to find food :) We recommend keep food inside the fridge, to avoid squirrels or ants come inside the property! •We do not recommend to stay at this property with Children, the balcony is beautiful but certainly not infant proof. • Fresh water is a precious commodity on the island due to our location and some very dry seasons, so we ask that for the health of our beautiful island you please use it sparingly and with awareness. • Any damages or missing items will be charged for the replacement value, including re-installation.
