My home is located opposite the VAL D'ALLIER NATURE RESERVE with stunning views and direct access from the village. It is fully independent with a separate entrance. You will appreciate it for its amenities, the calm, the outdoor areas, the panorama, the nature. Table tennis, sunbathing, petanque court, BBQ... For young children, swing, slide, Little Tikes playhouse, sandpit are available under parental supervision. SEE YOU SOON The space The accommodation offered to guests of about 60 m² (terrace included) has all amenities. Located on the ground floor, it offers stunning views of the Val d'Allier nature reserve. It is completely independent of the owner's accommodation located upstairs! The bedroom has an extra large 160 x 200 bed, and a 90 bed (separate) and a 90 folding bed. The living room has two sofas and a TV. It is equipped with reversible air conditioning. A small equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven and mini oven, fridge and freezer, etc.) will allow you to cook properly. 1 BBQ will be available! No smoking allowed, the open terrace allows smoking. Guest access You will have a small, fully independent and soundproofed apartment with a window and a double glass door. You will enjoy stunning views of the Val d'Allier nature reserve, a terrace and a very large garden with a petanque court at your disposal. Private and secure parking; Other things to note The grounds are completely enclosed, we have two dogs and a very nice cat, however they will not have access to your space (except the cat). In August the animals are absent.
