The space The Ipanema 2 apartment is bright and welcoming, offering a comfortable and elegant space, ideal for a family or friends’ holiday. The living and dining area is spacious and full of light, perfect for relaxing or spending quality time together. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, complemented by a practical and functional bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing for easy meal preparation. The balconies provide the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the Algarve sun, creating peaceful moments outdoors. The complex features a large swimming pool and well-kept gardens, offering an ideal environment to unwind and enjoy the pleasant climate of the region. Located on a quiet street in Santa Eulália, the apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the main streets of the town, with shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and the famous Rua da Oura in Albufeira. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Important Note: While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay, it is important to keep in mind that certain external factors may be beyond our control. Situations such as nearby construction work, indoor or outdoor odors, noise from neighbors or animals in the surrounding area, as well as occasional interruptions to water or electricity supply, may occur. Additionally, due to the geographical and climatic characteristics of the region, the presence of insects is possible, despite the preventive measures in place.
