#Five Elements Lodge & Spa: Air Element Suite

Five Elements Ecotherapy Lodge is on 10 Acres surrounded by Channel Ridge trail system. There are 3 suites, beautifully furnished & equipped for a short or medium length stay. Included in your stay is an Outdoor Spa has sauna, steam room, hot tub and shower, plus a yoga\fitness studio. Breakfast is included Air Elements Suite has a deck, private entrance, bed sitting room with queen bed, and en-suite 3 piece bathroom. There is a common breakfast room with a wood-stove for guest use. The space The Air Element Suite is a main floor suite, accessed with a private entrance from the deck. The suite has a queen bed and sitting area. Each suite has a connecting door, that could accommodate connecting two or all three suites together. The Air Element Suite on the main floor can be connected by an adjoining staircase up to the Water Element Suite, and the water Element Suite can be connected to the Earth Element Suite. Included in your stay is an outdoor spa overlooking the forest, with a cedar sauna, a cedar and stone steam room, a hot tub and shower. There is a fitness center with room for yoga, weights, two spin bikes and massage tables. Five Elements is a Bed and Breakfast so breakfast is included. The Common Area has a stove, fridge, microwave, convection oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, kettle, pots & pan, dishes and utensils...so it is very suitable for keeping and consuming meals. We provide a continental style 'prep it yourself' breakfast with: coffee pods, espresso, milk foamer, various teas, cream, milk & almond and oat milk, pastries, granola, muesli, cereals, fresh fruits, bread, jam, peanut butter and butter, waffle maker and waffle supplies. The property has trails throughout and the trails on the property include a mindfulness trail, Five Elements is on 10 acres of hiking trails and is the trailhead of the 21 km channel ridge trail system. A Unique Mindfulness Trail has been created for the young and the young in spirit. The Five Elements Stone Circle is aligned with the Gwaii Haanas vortex. Guest access Parking is limited to one vehicle per suite beside the lodge. Additional parking is available at the studio. Guests access their suite with a door code provided, unique for each guest. When arriving, guests will go to the main Lodge reception area to obtain the door code and access to their Suite. Other things to note Due to fire hazard year round, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. When permitted by Salt Spring Fire Department, and after obtaining host permission, campfires can be held in host community firepit locations only.
