The space Welcome to Villa Cocoon Villa Cocoon, inspired by the famous Moonshadow style, was designed by Bodin Sritrakul, one of the most renowned architects on the island. With its 400 m² spread over two levels, it offers an ideal setting combining privacy and comfort. Its interior and exterior spaces have been designed for perfect harmony with the tropical environment. A spectacular living space You will enjoy a magnificent living room with large bay windows opening entirely onto the exterior spaces, creating an impression of fusion with nature. Thanks to its high ceilings, this living room offers a breathtaking volume. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and share delicious meals: • Dishwasher, • Refrigerator, • Oven, • Microwave, • Nespresso coffee machine, • Kettle, • Toaster, • Hotplates. An original table for eight people will allow you to enjoy your meals in a friendly atmosphere. The comfortable living room is equipped with a curved and connected HD smart TV, with TV box (films, series, TV channels, replay, etc.), all with a spectacular view of the sea. Exceptional exteriors A large bay window leads you to the outdoor facilities, where an incredible saltwater swimming pool with jacuzzi area awaits you, ideal for enjoying a heavenly setting. For your moments of relaxation, you will have at your disposal: • Deckchairs, • Loveuse, • Outdoor lounge. The incredible sea view is visible from all the rooms of the villa, offering a unique panorama at any time of the day. Rooms designed for your comfort The villa has four bedrooms, each with a dressing room and private bathroom, as well as direct access to the terraces. Spread over two levels, they guarantee perfect privacy. • Three bedrooms are located on the main level: • Two are connected from the inside, • One has independent access from the terrace. • The fourth bedroom, located on the lower level, has a private terrace with a jacuzzi embedded in the floor for absolute relaxation. High-end equipment • Laundry room with washing machine, • Private and covered parking, with motorized gate, • Air conditioning and fans in all rooms, • Baby equipment (travel cot - bring your own bed linen, high chair, etc.), available on request and subject to availability. A tailor-made service The villa is ideally located approximately 1 km from the beach, or 5 minutes by car or scooter. A discreet and attentive staff lives on site and ensures daily cleaning in order to offer you optimal comfort throughout your stay. Finally, Villa Cocoon has a private generator, an extremely rare asset on the island, to compensate for possible power cuts. Guest access Ideally located between Chaweng and Lamai, the property enjoys a privileged location: • 5 minutes from restaurants, • 10 minutes from the nearest shopping center, • 15 minutes from the fishing village, • 20 minutes from the airport, • 5 minutes from the beach and an excellent golf course. Guests will have access to the entire property throughout their stay. However, an independent studio, located on the lower level, remains a private space occupied by the house staff. This studio has a private access on the side of the property, directly from the parking lot.
