Guest access The apartment is fully available for guests. The price of the accommodation includes: - WIFI internet connection - consumption of supplies (up to €200/month) - a complete weekly cleaning of the entire apartment with change of sheets and towels (for stays longer than 7 nights), - 24-hour telephone service. - Welcome amenities - Concierge. - Luggage storage. - Maintenance service. For families, we have a travel crib, bathtub, high chair and children's tableware set so that the little ones can enjoy their stay. (upon request and availability, at no additional cost). Other things to note The apartment will be available from 4:00 pm. If you arrive before this time, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you earlier if the apartment is available. To avoid unnecessary waiting, please provide us with all the information regarding your arrival (flight number, arrival time, contact phone number, etc.) Check-ins on holidays, Saturdays and Sundays or outside office hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM will incur an additional cost of €25 (€50 overnight). Check-out time will be before 11:00 AM on the day your contract ends. If you need to delay your departure, please let us know in advance, so that we can resolve it in the specific case if possible.
