Guest access We offer a modern twin bedroom, a stylish King bedroom with a living area, a bathroom and a glazed porch; all connected through a parquet-floored hallway. A small kitchenette is equipped with tea & coffee, a kettle, cafetière, toaster, microwave, a large 4.5 litre air fryer, a one ring induction cook-top and all the kitchen utensils. Enjoy your breakfast while watching the birds, overlooking the beautiful green hills. There is a Smart TV in the lounge area and, of course, free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. In the hallway you can peruse some current local literature and attraction brochures. In the hall you will also find a fridge and a washing-up sink. The spacious bathroom has a heated towel rail and a luxurious, full size bath & shower. You will have free use of the broad, south-facing garden; many beautiful birds frequent the feeding table. Parking is in front of the house with steps leading to your private entrance. I don't allow smoking inside but there is a little sheltered part right outside the door! Other things to note Sushi is the resident cat! She is friendly and very well trained. She does not have access to the guests area.
