Maintaining the characteristics of a centenary building, it has been renovated and fully furnished and equipped to preserve your intimacy, comfort and well-being. Its living room includes 2 single beds and a convertible sofa (180X200cm), with full internet access, Wi-Fi and TV channels. Its location combines the tranquillity, quality and comfort of a family home with the commercial and social dynamics of the city, being very close to several tourist attractions, nightlife, beaches and riverbanks of Rio Douro. Other things to note Your apartment is located on the 2rd and intermediate floor of the building. As such, you will have 45 steps to reach it. Although you can count with help for the transportation of your luggage, it is important to know that this 2rd floor isn’t advised for people with reduced mobility once there is no elevator in the building. However, this aspect can be understood as a positive point for lovers of sports and healthy life since it provides the loss of calories so that you can easily maintain the desired shape both in winter and summer! House Rules: - It’s forbidden to smoke - Not suitable for pets - No parties or events allowed - It may not be safe or suitable for children (0-2 years old) - Check-in is established between 17h00-01h00 and check-out between 11h00-12h00 and must be respected.
