A cozy, hotel-decorated room with a double bed on the first floor of a building for rent in a protected, gated estate. Shared kitchen and bathroom with shower on the ground floor and 2nd floor. Parking in front of the building The space 24/7 CHECK-IN - after a prior phone call ;) we want to meet you. Free fast WIFI . Metro - 3 minutes by car, 15 minutes on foot, 1 bus stop. The apartment is in a building on a gated guarded estate. Free guarded parking in front of the building. In the rooms there is a comfortable armchair, a table, a desk with a chair, cabinets, a mirror, cozy lighting, everything to relax pleasantly and comfortably. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building. When you come to us, fresh bedding with a fluffy duvet and pillows, soft and fragrant towels will be waiting for you. Kitchen The kitchen has a microwave, electric kettle, fridge, dishes and cutlery. You can also treat yourself to coffee, tea and extras like sugar, cream, etc. Ground floor bathroom In the bathroom you can take a shower, there is a fragrant gel and shampoo, a hair dryer and a few small items that may come in handy :) On the second floor there is another bathroom, equipped in the same way. It is much larger. Guest access All the rooms in the building have been converted into apartments. You can use the common area and relax in comfortable armchairs. Have fun. ;) In addition to your room, we invite you to use the shared kitchen, the hall with armchairs and games available there, and of course the bathroom. Other things to note NOTE It is very important for us to stay in touch before your arrival so that we can comfortably plan the handover of the apartment and keys :) We are available on our phones 24/7 and online unless we are sleeping. You can write to us about anything whenever you need! We both speak Polish and English, Aga speaks Spanish and Mario speaks Russian and Ukrainian.
