This spacious and well equipped apartment with outside space can easily host six people that are looking for a sporty, relaxing or romantic time in Umbria. The space Located in the medieval castle of Collepino, this beautiful 2-bedroom-appartment was recently and completely remodeled. It is very luminous and suggestive and offers fantastic views on the countryside, being totally surrounded by olive-tree-fields , meadows, forests and the lovely Umbrian hilly landscape. Besides the very spacious living-room that hosts a flat TV, big sofa - bed, the dining area and a well equipped kitchen (stoves, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, toaster and electric kettle) rather than a rustic fire-place, there is two bedrooms, both of them with a queen size bed of wrought iron. Moreover, the comfy sofa - bed in the living-room can easily accommodate two more guests due to its orthopedic mattress. The bathroom is offering a double shower cabin. Essentials, hairdryer and the heated rail for towels certainly will add to the convenience. The tiny town of Collepino, attached to the protected Park of Mount Subasio (at 600 m above the sea-level), offers the great opportunity to enjoy the silence of nature, to go on long walks or bike-tours up on the mountain, maybe looking for wild asparagus or mushrooms and truffle, and at the same time its visitors will be welcomed by the few inhabitants and this wonderful little settlement that offers a romantic little café and a restaurant well-known for its delicious regional dishes. Collepino, where parking is no problem, is perfectly linked to Spello (4,5 km), that can be also reached walking down the roman aqueduct, and to other cities such as Assisi (about 10 km), Perugia, Spoleto, Montefalco or Todi. For the many cultural, religious, gastro-enological, fun and free time opportunities and happenings at Spello throughout the year, search key words such as “Comune di Spello”. And if all this is not enough for you yet, or if you just look out for a place to relax and once do nothing, you might just stay in and "rent an italian mamma" to cook for or even with you whatever you prefer of the italian kitchen. And there is a beautiful dead end piazzetta right in front of the house where our guests are invited to enjoy morning coffee or dinner at the table on disposal. WIFI is perfectly functioning through pocket WIFI. We do not have AC in Collepino, since the accomodation is set up at 600m above sea level, so always with fresh breeze.
