An ideal house to share with friends and at the same time maintain your own space. With 7 ensuite rooms, five of them double, one triple and one duplex for four people. A total of 17 people will have at their disposal a large living room, kitchen, charming rustic porch and terrace. The open terrace overlooks a large garden space. High-speed cable and Wi-Fi internet. Access to the 14x7 meter pool with spectacular views and salt water filter. The space This house is located within the grounds of the 200-hectare Can Muní farm, where crop fields alternate with pine forests. For several generations now, the farm has belonged to the Genover Muní family and has been not only their habitual home, but also the expression of a lifestyle of love for the countryside and nature. The rural accommodations are all grouped in the Pins neighborhood consisting of 9 houses and located in the center of the Can Muní estate. Six of the houses are dedicated to rural tourism accommodation and in one of the remaining ones we live, the family of Genover Muní. Note: Complimentary oil, salt and pepper are available to guests in the house. Two bath towels per person are provided for exclusive use in the house and are not suitable for the pool or beach. If you need one for the pool, write to us. Guest access The house has a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. It is equipped with sheets, blankets and two towels per person for use in the house, not being able to use them outside or in the pool. It has its own private outdoor space with a barbecue and outdoor furniture. It shares the pool, parking, petanque and ping-pong with the other houses on the estate. Other things to note Since spring 2020 we have high-speed fiber internet and wifi. Each house has its own internet network and exclusive wifi and we are very happy to say that it works very well. A tourist tax of €1 per person per night will be charged for all guests over 16 years of age. This amount must be paid directly at Can Muní. According to current state law, all guests 14 years of age or older must register before entering the accommodation. Once the reservation is made, a link will be sent for the online registration of all guests, which must be completed 24 hours before arrival. In the event that the data is incomplete, entry to the establishment will not be allowed and the reservation will be canceled. We still have some horses on the property from our equestrian past.
