Stretch out & enjoy the indoor/outdoor living spaces & natural light. Short stroll to glorious Sunrise Beach, walk South to the 'dog friendly beach' & meet lots puppy people! Enjoy the private pool with large sunken seating area. Please call Heather with any questions. The space With comfort in mind, we host between 1-6 people. The roomy, sunny, well designed home is yours exclusively to enjoy. We offer a relaxed, welcoming 'home away from home' for our wonderful guests. We’re super clean, comfortable and have updated our furniture & mattresses Oct 2023. Decorated in natural whites & soothing blues with high cathedral ceilings in the living area, laminated timber & tiles throughout, Divine Beach House is designed for 'bunkering in' and winding down. Not just indoors: the private space outdoors & around the pool area will have you lounging and chilling for hours. If you love your sunsets - grab a glass of wine & watch the hinterlands paint an amazing picture. At night - the sky is full of stars and the constellations are easy to pick out. The Amazing Sunrise Beach: We love it. So do our guests! Wander down to The Chalet for an early morning coffee & introduce your feet to the beautiful soft sand of Sunrise Beach. A northern walk on the beach will see you at the 'people' beach - 15 minute stroll be have you arriving in Sunshine Beach - with its very groovy restaurants, wine bar and coffee shops. Surfers and body boarders love Sunrise Beach - as do the whales. They're usually around July - October. Pods of Dolphins also call Sunrise home - and fishing off shore is often successful for those who like to catch their own dinner. Guest access When you book Divine Woodlark Beach House -the home & the outside areas are yours to enjoy exclusively. In the home, you have access to satellite connectivity,Foxtel, AC/Heating books, magazines, games and generous spaces to relax in. The kitchen is yours - we’ve supplied some basic condiments in the pantry for your use. Divine Beach House is 4 kms from Noosa Junction and a 5-10 minute drive to Hastings street (depending on season). Children over the age of 1 are counted as a guest for booking numbers. If something in the house requires attention- please let us know so we can sort it out. Other things to note Short Stay Let Noosa Rules: Please note that with Noosa Council Short Stay Let conditions and local rules in force since early 2022. We do not permit parties/ gatherings in our residence. We do not accept bookings from party groups ie: Hens, Bucks, Schoolies. Minimum booking of 5 nights: Xmas period Dec 15-Jan 2 & Easter Holidays Minimum 3 nights for all other available dates including School Holidays & Noosa Triathlon Guests agree that they will adhere to house rules and will be mindful in respecting our neighbourhood space. We ask our guests to respect our neighbours & bring outdoor noise inside between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Good Night Noosa Security is engaged to respond to excessive noise or disturbances at the residence. Guests who breach noise rules will be responsible for security call out fees. Pool & Garden are attended by our regular maintenance people. Pool maintenance is weekly Sept to March, then fortnightly. Garden maintenance is fortnightly except in winter - monthly. Both maintenance crews will ring the doorbell to advise you that they are doing their work before they begin. Garage is not accessible. There is a ding in the garage roller door. 6 people maximum Please advise us of the number of people in your booking & the bedrooms you require. Any bedrooms not used during your booking will not be accessible. BINS: We have a weekly Bin service to take bins to curb & return after collection. Child & dog friendly. BYO cribs/highchairs etc. I can suggest a local rental for these items. Pets: If you travel with your well trained outdoor pet - please let us know the breed, age and confirm that you agree to our pet rules prior to booking: If your pet likes to sit on furniture, please put a towel down where they recline. Pets not permitted in the pool. Updated flea treatments required. BYO clean pet bed. Pets who travel with crates are welcome. Note: Pets never to be left alone in house. If your pet 'frets' when you are not around - please take them with you when you are out.
