Large two-floor apartment for families and friends with a huge garden, 10 mins walk from the beach The space A roomy 2 floor holiday house with a huge garden near to the Lake Balaton is for rent for 8 to 10 people at Balatonakarattya. Perfect for families and friends. Dogs and other pets allowed. The house has been built at the late 70's located in a calm and peaceful area surrounded with large trees. It has a parky living room but there is fireplace. The kitchen is fitted with cutlery, glasses, plates, microwave, gas store, refrigerator and a coffee machine. Downstairs there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The first floor has one double bedroom (plus trundle bed) and one bedroom with 4 single beds (plus trundle bed) and a bathroom with a tab. The balcony is usually shady. The garden has a cauldron and grilling area. Guest access You can use the whole house of course, and the garden as well. Other things to note We cannot accommodate pets in the cottage. The parking lot in the garden can accommodate two cars one behind the other. At the end of the street, the high bank of Akaratty offers a perfect panorama of Lake Balaton. The beaches can be reached by 10-15 minutes on foot, by bicycle or by car.
