SUYOLUCE is a beautiful villa located between El Escorial and San Lorenzo de El Escorial. Its location makes it easily accessible from the center of both towns, as well as from some of the area's most outstanding tourist spots, such as the Royal Monastery of San Lorenzo de El Escorial or the Casita del Príncipe, both located about a 10-minute walk from the house. Excellent public transport connections with the 661 bus stop to Madrid at the door. The space This is a unique house that is over 60 years old. Mixing characteristic features of the Andalusian style with a design inspired by the Asturian 'hórreo' (elevated wooden house), it was built on the first floor, leaving the ground floor free for recreational use. The enclosure has many charming corners, large terraces, porches and outdoor space. From the solarium you can enjoy beautiful views of Mount Abantos. Guest access The interior of the house has three bedrooms on the second floor (two of them with a double bed - one with a private bathroom -, and another with two twin beds, plus another separate bathroom on the same floor). On the first floor, there is a hall, living room, kitchen-dining room, and a small toilet. It has a large garden with a private pool (open from June to September), swings, solarium, and a covered area with a bar, ping-pong table, and toilet. The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor, has a double bed and is only available for bookings of 7 guests or more. Please note that for bookings of 6 guests or less, only the 3 bedrooms in the main house will be available, leaving the fourth bedroom available for other guests who, if booked, will share the garden and pool areas with the guests in the main house.
