Welcome to The West Wing at the Manor on Lake ConRoy! Hang out on 5 acres of outdoor fun relaxing on our small beach by the water, swimming, fishing, or playing a game of sand volleyball, horse shoes, corn hole, etc. The studio is attached to the main house and has its own private keyless entrance. Upstairs you will find 2 queen size beds, loveseat and TV. Downstairs includes couch, TV, table, kitchen, full bath with a stand up shower. Free use of Washer and Dryer inside. The West Wing has it's own private entrance. There are 2 queen beds upstairs, as well as a love seat and TV. TV is equipped with streaming. There is a fully equipped kitchen as well as grill outside. The Studio offers a full bath with a walk in shower. All 5 acres are yours to explore. If you are planning a social gathering during your stay with us, but only the maximum number of guests will be staying the night, we do still require approval prior to check-in and an additional fee may apply based on the number of people expected to enjoy this accommodation with you for your gathering. Again, we do allow social gatherings, but WE DO REQUIRE NOTIFICATION prior to check-in and the HOST's FINAL APPROVAL. LATE CHECK-OUT options available at three different levels: Until 12 noon @ no charge Until 2pm @ $45_Until 6pm @ $75. * If a LATE CHECK-OUT is desired, please connect with Host, Roy, via text or call for approval, so we may confirm it will not conflict with any other guests checking in or housekeeping. The West Wing rental is located on a property along with two other rental units (our Casita and The Manor), so if you're planning a family gathering or looking to hang out somewhere for a stay with friends, message the host, Roy, to inquire about availability of adjacent properties or check our accommodation availability feature on our website. The entire property (ALL 3 units) will comfortably sleep up to 16 guests! You are free to roam the property, and have access to the swimming lake that has a rope swing, slides, small pier, a little beach area with table, chairs & lounge chairs. Fishing is allowed off backside of pond and pier only! There is a full size sand volleyball court and 2 pagodas for sitting in shade, not to mention multiple corn hole boards, horse shoes, etc. There is an outdoor shower, and outhouse available as well! We also have 2 giant, 100 lb+ Sulcata tortoises that are super friendly and roam the property, and are truly a sight to see! Boat ramp (Boat Ramp pass available upon request) in neighborhood for easy Lake Conroe access and plenty room to park your truck & boat. Our Lake ConRoy Team is available 24/7 during your stay. We’re conveniently located in a neighborhood across from Waterpoint Shopping Center and Marina on Lake Conroe. Here you will find several, nice dining options like Monty’s Lighthouse Cajun Bar & Grill, Akashi Asian Bistro & Sushi Bar, Fajita Jacks, CVS pharmacy, Marble Slab, Bar Lago, etc. ** PETS ALLOWED_$50 Per Pet FEE applies upon check-in unless you process payment at time of booking. ** We ask that pets are kenneled, when left unattended in our homes.
