Beautiful ground floor apartment with fabulous views of Snowdonia and Glaslyn estuary. Garden is adjacent to Porthmadog Harbour. The sitting room looks directly onto the Harbour where you can watch the boats, trains, bird life and ever changing sea and sky. The property is on the Welsh Coastal Path. There is a free numbered parking space outside the apartment. It is in a very quiet spot, but also very close (walking distance) to shops, cafes and pubs and the Ffestiniog steam railway station. The space Our ground floor apartment is all on one level. It has two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The double room looks out over the harbour into the garden area. The garden area is accessible through the patio doors from the sitting room, and is directly harbour-side, with incredible views in both directions. There is a garden table and chairs for use on the patio, normally stored in the cupboard inside the apartment and to be put away overnight. This property is not suitable for children under 10 years old because the edge of the garden drops into the Harbour and there is no barrier. The kitchen and sitting room is open plan. There is a wooden table with 4 chairs stored under the breakfast bar which can be opened out and used for dining. The bathroom has been newly refurbished.
