Bus stop nearby. To Bond University (3.5 km) requires one bus transfer. Bus trips to the beaches (from 8km away) take approximately 45 minutes. The space This one bedroom sanctuary is fully furnished and self contained with a kitchenette, equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster, capsule coffee machine, hotplates and cooking utensils. The bathrooms is newly renovated in a modern contemporary style. There is also a BBQ with a side burner in the outdoor area. Please use the bbq grill mat as it is easy to clean with a paper towel. After your stay we will thoroughly clean it for the next guests. For your convenience a welcome continental breakfast basket is provided. The coffee lovers can enjoy a Latte or Espresso from the capsule coffee machine and for the tea trinkers we supply an assortments of teas. There is also milk, sugar, cooking oil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper available. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen size bed, 2 pillows per person, with high quality bedlinen, bedside tables, mirrored wardrobe with shelfs and hanging space.
