Sunny room with courtyard views in a conveniently located family home with a 20-minute walk to Mt Smart Stadium. We have a friendly dog and off street parking (although the driveway is quite narrow). The space Comfortable room with a private outlook into landscaped gardens. Guest access Guests have their own toilet and handbasin. The shower/bath is in the shared family bathroom. TV, Netflix, Wifi, Laundry and kitchen are available for guest use. Off street, secure parking is provided. There is secure space to park bicycles and luggage. During your stay We have both travelled extensively and know when guests want to chat or not! We have a cheerful seven year old son and a friendly 9 year old dog. Other things to note We have an automatic gate with keypad access so you can come and go once you are checked in.
