There is a smart tv, a desk, a comfortable queen bed, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, a private mini fridge, and large closet in your bedroom. Please use the divider screen for total privacy from the shared spaces. The kitchen, living room, and courtyard patio are shared spaces. Hours are 6am-midnight with a 1 hour closure midday daily for cleaning. They are currently open and available to guests. Please follow all posted rules. No dirty street shoes or glass containers allowed in the pool area. If you have young children, there is a playroom on the 2nd level just across the pool change rooms. The entrance is labeled “Theatre/Playroom”, then open the door on the left. Be sure to organize all the toys after you are finished playing with them. During your stay We are flexible with interactions. We can be talkative and share our recommendations if you like. We can also give you all the privacy if preferred. Other things to note If you have a standard-sized car we can arrange a secure parking spot in the building for $30/day. Our residential parking is safer than the public lot, and has direct access to the elevator. Let us know in advance if you would like to add this amenity. Check in time is 4pm onwards, but if you would like to arrange for an earlier check in time we can do that for an additional $25. Availability for early check in may not be guaranteed due to limitations in our cleaner’s schedule, so please arrange in advance if you would like to have this option. You can also choose to come early and drop off your luggage near the front entrance inside the house, then come back after 4pm. We can also help you hold your luggage after checkout if your departure time is later and you want to explore the city. Just be sure to take your valuables with you until your official check in time.
