Lovely apartment+ location = THE perfect getaway!

Lovely flat in the heart of historical Firenze (Florence), just a few steps from all the monuments, the Duomo is just a minute away, lots of amazing restaurants around the area, the best market is less than a minute away and is where I shop on a daily basis..this is how to enjoy the real life of this vibrant city. Easily accessible with public transport and car. Plus customised suggestions from me or who will be greeting you (all locals). The space PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION: it helps me to give you the best hospitality and you to avoid any last second surprises. This is the flat where I grew up my offsprings and that I've loved all my life and still love, and which I am sure you will love too. It is very spacious with a big lounge and dining area, a big kitchen equipped with any kitchen ware and where I often spend hours cooking meals that I will then enjoy with my children and grandchildren, either for a Sunday lunch or for a special occasion. I am sure that who loves to cook will appreciate this kitchen at least how I do, but who will rather be out and about to try a tiny part f all the multiple restaurants of the city, will still find all the necessary for a breakfast to recharge before diving in the beauty that Firenze (Florence) has to offer. The other side of the house (night side as said in italian) is divided in: one double bedroom and a single bedroom, (plus another one that will be closed and not accessible to guests). In the apartment also three restrooms are available: the big one with the bath tub, just nearby the main bedroom; a shower in the laundry room; and a sink for guests in the main corridor. The flat is very big and very quiet, with windows facing the internal gardens, even though is situated on a street that is a few minutes from all the major attractions, historical or not. It is easy to reach the house with the car, though there is no garage on the premises neither it is possible to park on the street unless permanent residents, but there is a parking just across the road from my front door (so no stress of carrying luggage for long way), where for an hourly or daily rate you can park your car. The flat is on the first floor and, as the majority of the historical buildings in Firenze, no lift is available, but it won't even be necessary. Only two small flights to reach my place. This said: I hope you'll choose to stay at my place, and also if I won't be around, I will make sure to greet you or to have someone I trust greeting you and showing around the house and giving you all the infos on the neighbourhood. I love that guests can enjoy my home, please be respectful of my place though :) Other things to note Please notice that with me lives a cat, that will not be there when you will be in the flat, and I will make sure that everything is clean, but who suffers from massive allergies could still notice it. Check in, depending on check out of the previous guests and my schedule, can be flexible. So let me know at what time you will be arriving and we will plan from there.
