With a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and the living room with sofa bed, this property houses a maximum of four people. In addition to the interior space, the house has a small terrace where you can enjoy a drink in the afternoon or enjoy your meals during your stay. If you want to rent a car, the accommodation has a free parking place and is fully equipped with all amenities. THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW This apartment is located in a quiet area, close to the center of Funchal. Its location makes it easy to travel anywhere in the city or on the island, with access to the expressway linking the east, west and north of the island. There are cafés, snack bars and small grocery stores nearby. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the house will be the transfer. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS We are always at your disposal to help or to answer your questions. You can contact us via our mobile numbers or by email. We will do our best to meet your requests. OTHER OBSERVATIONS According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card). Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties. Cleaning services during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables, are carried out on a weekly basis. If you wish extra cleaning service this can be arrange at an extra, affordable charge. The weekly cleaning and the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables will not be carried out for stays of less than seven nights. ATTENTION Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay.
