Master room with own attached bathroom, the other 3 bedrooms attached with shared bathroom. It has outdoor space for guests to sit on rattan sofa chit chat with family and friends and BBQ. Please be considerate to neighbourhood beside. - No smoking inside the house/room even with window opened. If caught a RM500 fine will be deducted from the deposit. - No massive cooking/steamboat/BBQ in the house. Only light cooking. Ex. cook instant noodles. If caught a RM500 fine will be deducted from the deposit. - No parking the car infront neighbors house. - No pets. - No shoes indoor. - No durian/mangosteen. - The rearrangement of in-house furniture is strictly prohibited. - Guests must acknowledge RM 1000 OR SGD 300 security deposit when check in. - Charge of RM100 for lost of house key. - Charge of RM50 for stained sheet per piece. - Charge of RM30 for stained towel/missing towel per piece. - Once tenant check in, there's no request for refund even any electricity issues. - Guests are advised to switch off all lights, air-conditioners, fans and water taps when not in use. - All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. - The safety of personal belongings is your own responsibility.
