A perfect place for work and leisure. You will have a private bedroom, closet and bathroom with toiletries. There is high speed 75 mbps WiFi through out the house. The place is close to Winona Lake, Grace college, US 30, Zimmer bldg 22, 5 and A and local restaurants and bars. The space We have a comfortable space. The house is a new built, the room is spacious and extremely well maintained. Kitchen is NOT accessible. We can provide plates, cups etc if required. Please make sure to let us know if this is required. We allow heating of food in our microwave. Prior communication is required before usage.No cooking or use of stove. We allow storage of food in our fridge. Prior communication is required before usage. We have a fenced backyard which can be used by the guest. Living room is not accessible. I work from home during the day due to Covid. Please be respectful. Guest access Backyard, personal toilet and your room. Microwave in kitchen(on request) Fridge in kitchen(on request) During your stay We are happy to socialize with guest but also respect their privacy. Likewise, we expect our guest to respect our privacy and only access the areas which are accessible per our guidelines. NO PROFANITY, INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR, or MISCONDUCT ON THE PROPERTY WILL BE TOLERATED! Guests will be asked to leave if found in violation. We stay on the property.
