Guest access To access the apartment there are 3 rather steep flights of stairs as the property dates back to the last century and is in the Old Town. Other things to note IMPORTANT The Municipality of Alto Reno Terme charges a tourist tax of €1 per night per person for a maximum of 7 nights. The aforementioned tourist tax is to be left in cash at check-out. A security deposit of €100 is required for any damage caused. The aforementioned deposit will be returned after verification at the end of your stay. To be added to the fee is a €50 charge for the final cleaning of the apartment.
