The space The stylish 1200 square feet flat is on the second floor (no lift available) of a 1900s building, finely refurbished combining the classic and contemporary styles. A large and comfortable modern living room, three elegant bedrooms (two with double bed and one with two single ones) still with the original wooden floor, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms (one with large shower) makes the flat a perfect spot to visit one of the most renowned and folkloristic Italian cities. The environment has been designed with great attention to detail, with plants, international books and noise-insulated windows, for a total relax stay. The flat is furnished with everything you need: fully equipped kitchen (induction hobs, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules and kettle), wi-fi and usb sockets to charge your devices, 43 inches LED-TV (Netflix included) in the double bedrooms, air conditioning, adjustable heating, cosy chairs and racks, fine beds linen and towels will be provided, together with courtesy kits (shampoo, soap, shower cap and disposable slippers).
