Inside, traditional architectural elements are combined with distinctive features such as the stone table and the romantic mezzanine with a double bed, which can be reached via a spiral staircase. The house offers approximately 50 square meters of interior space, an air-conditioned living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for couples, friends, and small groups who want to experience Ostuni on foot, among white alleyways, restaurants, shops, and unforgettable views. Guest access During your stay, you will have the entire Casa Zio Piero and the private panoramic patio to yourselves, with no rooms shared with other guests. THE INTERIOR SPACES Casa Zio Piero has about 50 square meters of interior space, with a distinctive mezzanine sleeping area. The house includes: - Living room with a double sofa bed, comfortable even for two adults. - Kitchen equipped with a large cooktop, microwave, dishes, and cooking utensils. - Distinctive stone table. - Bathroom with toilet, washbasin, and shower, without a bidet. - Mezzanine sleeping area with a double bed, accessible via an internal spiral staircase. - An air conditioner in the living room, which also serves the mezzanine area. - Free Wi-Fi and a washing machine for the exclusive use of guests. The sleeping arrangements can accommodate up to 4 people: two on the mezzanine and two on the double sofa bed in the living room. THE PANORAMIC PATIO One of the most fascinating features of Casa Zio Piero is the private patio, with a panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea and the olive grove plain. It is furnished with a small table and chairs, ideal for having breakfast, sipping coffee, or enjoying an aperitif while admiring the view. ACCESS TO THE HOUSE Casa Zio Piero is located in the historic center of Ostuni, near the Blue Gate and the city walls. To enter the house from the street, you must go down 3 steps. The sleeping area with a full-size bed is located in the loft, which can only be reached via an internal spiral staircase. The house retains the typical characteristics of historic homes, with distinctive rooms and architectural connections. Thanks to its central location, you can easily walk to restaurants, cafés, artisan shops, and the main places of interest in the White City. Other things to note Parking: In the off-season, it is generally possible to find free street parking about 350 meters from the house, subject to availability. In high season, the nearest paid secure parking lot is about a 450-meter walk away. Check-in: Guests' arrival is arranged in advance with our team. For added flexibility, the keys can also be handed over via a lockbox, in compliance with the guest identification procedures required by Italian law. There are no surcharges for evening or Sunday arrivals. Linen: The initial supply of sheets and towels is included in the price of the stay. Baby amenities: Crib and high chair available upon request, with a surcharge of €50 per stay. We recommend requesting them at the time of booking and, in any case, before arrival, so that we can arrange for their delivery and preparation in the accommodation. Pets: Only small pets are allowed, with a supplement of €70 per stay for cleaning in the presence of pets. Guests are responsible for the care of their pets and for any damage caused to the property. Air conditioning: There is only one air conditioner in the living room, which also serves the mezzanine area. Bathroom: The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, and shower, but there is no bidet. Accessibility: To enter the property, you have to go down 3 steps from the street. The full-size bed on the mezzanine can only be reached via a spiral staircase. This arrangement may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties or very young children. Historic center and luggage transport: Casa Zio Piero is located in a distinctive area of Ostuni, with alleyways and pedestrian thoroughfares typical of the old town. We recommend taking into account the distances from the parking lots, especially if you have bulky luggage. To make your arrival more convenient and pleasant, the distinctive Ape Calessino transport service is available, which can take you directly to the house with your luggage. (The cost of the service in 2026 was €10 each way.) Sea: The sandy beaches of the Ostuni coast can be reached in about 8 minutes by car, depending on the destination and traffic.
