The space The double private bedroom is 14 square meters, comfortable and with modern decor. It has windows facing an interior patio. Nonetheless, it receives very good natural light and excellent ventilation. You can choose your preferred bed configuration: a) One double bed b) two single beds The bedroom has a flat-screen Smart TV, free wifi connection, AC/heating unit, work desk with a chair and clothing storage space. The private bathroom is located inside the bedroom. We provide you with shampoo, shower gel and hairdryer. The bedroom is part of a small accommodation of 8 private bedrooms. Terrace maximum capacity is 10 guests. 3.- Speakers and any sound systems must be used with discretion, only for yourself, with disturbing other guests or neighbours. 4.- Only guests are allowed, no visitors. 5.- You may not enter this area with food or drinks. 6.- Ball games not allowed. May not jump and dive into the pool either. 7.- Children must always be in the company of an adult. Child care is exclusively the responsability of parents and caretakers. 8.- Guests who do not respect the accommodation rules shall lose their 100 euro deposit and will be asked to leave the premises, losing their reservation and all the money paid for it without refund. 9.- Our swimming pool is to be shared only with the guests staying in the accommodation (8 rooms).
