Relax & enjoy in our rustic inspired house near 📍Enchanted Kingdom (5km) 📍Nuvali (3km), 📍Ayala Mall 📍Vista Mall and Paseo de Sta.Rosa (2.5km) on where you can go shopping with your favorite branded outlets. Our home is suitable for family, friends, back packers, short stay, business, and leisure trip. Our home is frequently booked for wedding preparations, pre-nup photoshoot, production & events. The space Rustic inspired with great spaces for guest’s comfort. A fully furnished and fully air-conditioned living room, dining & entertainment area with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. With windows in every area, making each spot bright, lively and relaxing. Very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood with its own parking area and comfortably can fit 6-8 persons. The safety and health of our guest as well as our staff are of utmost importance to us. We at Chalet de Laguna are practicing enhanced cleaning protocol before arrival and upon check out of our guests. We are taking all measures and precautions to ensure the same and provide you with a safe experience as always. LIVING/DINING/ENTERTAINMENT AREA: The house has spacious living, entertainment and dining area - Unlimited Wifi -40" LED TV -114 Channels Cable TV -Airconditioner Kitchen -Microwave Oven -Oven Toaster -Hot & Cold water dispenser -Refrigerator -Rice cooker -2 gas burner -Tablewares, Kitchen utensils, cookware and cutleries BEDROOM -All bed linens are freshly laundered for every check-in - Bed linens, pillows and blankets • For more than 4 guests, we can maximize the floor space of the bedrooms with pull-out beds. •For more than 8 guests, we can provide extra mattresses, pls send us a message request and we will see what we can do to fit in comfortably. BATHROOM -Bathrooms are located on the 1st & 2nd floor of the house -Hot Shower & Bidet -Towels are not part of amenities, but we can provide upon request before checking in and depending on the availability only. For added comfort during your stay, we offer add ons for a fee: (Please request if needed) Freshly laundered Comforter - P150 /pc (rent only) Extra tissue roll - P15/roll Just let us know in advance if you would like to request add ons. Guest access There is a village swimming pool located in clubhouse of Laguna Bel-Air 1, guest can have an access to the pool 8am to 5pm Fees: adult 200 kids 50 Closed every Wednesday and Sunday for cleaning. Basketball court, Tennis court, playground Early check-in or late check-out are allowed on the condition that no booking is made before or after. Other things to note House Rules: 1. Please treat our house with the same RESPECT AS YOU WOULD YOUR OWN HOME. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests. 2. Strictly NO SMOKING inside the house. There is designated smoking area outside. 3. SWITCH OFF all the lights, aircon and appliances when not in use or when going out of the house. 5. DISPOSE perishable wastes daily. Garbage bins are located in the kitchen area. 7. Use WITH CARE all the appliances and items inside. Any loss or damages of property inside the house will be charged to the guest. 8. Avoid leaving any stains on bed linens/upholstered pieces or dents on any furnitures. 10. We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and KEEP NOISE TO A MINIMUM during night time hours. STRICTLY NO PARTYING ALLOWED. 12. Be sure to maintain a GOOD LEVEL OF CLEANLINESS throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes 14.
