The other flats are mostly used privately for holidays, often only on weekends. The houses are on the upper eastern shore at the southern tip of Vestreno, the mountain village above the lakeside town of Dervio, uniquely situated on a sunny hill on the eastern shore above Lake Como. In the surrounding area there is the picturesque mountain village, a lot of nature and chestnut forests, which invite you to go hiking, e.g. also to the 2600 m high local mountain Monte Legnone. An Eldorado for hikers and mountain bikers as well as for sun-seekers. connoisseurs. Experience the fantastic panoramic lake view far to the south of the lake, as well as the twinkling lights of the lake promenades and mountain villages on starry nights. The covered sun terrace with teak furniture and deck chairs as well as the lawn offer space for sunbathing and relaxing. Typical serpentine roads with impressive views of the lake and the surrounding mountains and the surrounding mountains lead you to the lake. The pool can be accessed via the building entrance. Dervio, with its beautiful headland, magnificent beaches, sailing harbour at the tip and promenade, is approximately 6 km away. The holiday flat has a fenced garden on the lake side and on the side. Due to the sunny location and the insulation, the holiday home is recommended all year round. Next to it is the Paradiso - Luna holiday flat, ideal for holidays with friends. Your car is parked in the parking space behind your flat.
