In the Spring and Summer, enjoy dining, reading or relaxing on the two level deck with patio seating and a charcoal/gas grill combination. Look out into the wooded double lot and listen to the birds or listen to music by connecting your mobile device to the stereo amplifer's 1/8" headphone jack. If you use lightning connections, bring along an adapter. Enjoy the lake from the private neighborhood beach where you can sun or swim or drop in your kayak, canoe or paddle board. All of which can be rented just five miles south. Venture down the street two blocks to the playground and park with basketball and tennis courts. We live in a very bike friendly area where there are challenging hills and flat terrain for all levels. In the winter, enjoy the Nordic skiing or snow shoeing at several areas, from ski centers to parks. There are several places to cross country ski nearby from groomed trails to nature centers. Once the lake freezes, you can ski along the shore. If you want down hill, you're 45 minutes from Whiteface and an hour from Titus Mountain. Several ski shops rent equipment for all winter sports.
