Located on the 3rd and last floor, overlooking a pedestrian street , it is very very quiet . The apartment, with an area of ​​35 m 2 , consists of two parts : A large bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a wardrobe and a desk. A living room-kitchen with a dining table and a sofa. In the kitchen section, there are a washing machine and an oven. A bathroom with shower (70cm/70). Separate WC. Very good merchants are nearby, rue des Pyrénées and Gambetta Avenue, which offer a wide range of typical French groceries (excellent quality) : cheese, wine merchants, butchers, gardeners, caterers ... several supermarkets and excellent bakeries are nearby . A charming market is held every Wednesday and Saturday morning Belgrand street, 5 minutes walk.
