Apartment in the Center - 2 bedrooms

A central top-floor apartment with two double bedrooms, ideal for up to 4 guests. Located in Lisbon’s lively Intendente/Martim Moniz area, it offers plenty of natural light and beautiful views over the city. With comfortable spaces, equipped kitchen, and everything you need for a smooth stay, it’s the perfect base to enjoy sunny Lisbon. The space It’s a bright apartment on the 4th and top floor of a 19th-century building, with beautiful natural light and a great view over Lisbon. Please note: there is no lift. This is my personal apartment, which I rent out while travelling for work. The two bedrooms are intentionally simple, with only the essential furniture so you can easily make them your own during your stay. The rest of the house reflects my taste, with artworks, books, and personal objects that give the space a unique and special character. Overall, the apartment is minimalistic in style – if that’s not what you’re looking for, this may not be the right fit. The apartment includes: - 2 bedrooms with double beds (one 160cm, one 140cm) - Living/dining room - Small office area - 1 bathroom - Fully equipped kitchen - Wireless internet Notes: - You will have the whole apartment to yourself. - Off limits: one small storage room. Guest access Guests have full access to the apartment. Please note that, as this is my personal home, one small storage room is off limits and used to keep my belongings while I’m away. Other things to note My only requests are that our guests recycle and water the plants during their stay!
