The space Located in a quiet, desirable neighbourhood close to Lake Wānaka, Minaret Ridge is a bright and spacious four-bedroom home ideal for family holidays. The open-plan living area overlooks established gardens and a peaceful reserve, with leather couches and a log burner creating a cosy spot to relax with friends and family. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for easy meals, with stylish modern touches throughout. There’s a separate media room just off the main living area—perfect for the kids to watch a movie while adults catch up. A desk is also available for those needing to check in with work. The garage features a table tennis table, offering fun for the whole family. The home sleeps 8 guests comfortably. The master bedroom includes an ensuite, while a queen room and two super king rooms (which can be split into twins) share a modern bathroom with both bath and shower, plus a separate powder room. Other things to note Please be aware that this property is managed by ‘Release Wanaka’. We are a local Wanaka property management business and we are legally responsible for the care of the property. We require a fully refundable security bond for each booking. This will be refunded in full within 7 days of departure, as long as no loss or damage has occurred at the property. We require credit card details either before you arrive or on the day of arrival. The security bond for Minaret Ridge is $1,000. There is a one off booking management fee of NZ$300 per reservation. On Airbnb, this fee is spread over the nights of your booking. If you are checking in or out on a public holiday, a surcharge of $NZ 280.00 is added to your booking. If the check-in & check-out dates both fall on public holiday, the surcharge will be $NZ 280.00 for each day. All bookings made with Release Wanaka through this platform are subject to receipt of a signed rental agreement. A booking is not considered confirmed until the agreement has been completed and received.
