Other things to note As the house is on the water, and has no protection, it's not suitable for children under the age of 12. Wi-Fi is uncapped and stays on during power outages as does the fridge, lights, plugs, TV, and sound system. Only large appliances, kitchen appliances, and heaters cannot be run when on backup battery power. Cooking on the stove is not affected as it uses gas.
