Truly a cozy Coop to get away from the hurry of everyday life. *Also available "The Nest". The space Simply a beautiful and charming home to sit back and relax. *The Coop can accommodate up to six (6) guests on the real beds (2 guests per real bed), plus two (2) more guests on the sleeper sofa. Making it a maximum of eight (8) guests total. When booking, please see pricing on extra guests. **Please note: Up to the entire space is available for The Coop depending on the number of guests that will be staying. Normally on a 1-2 guest basis we will have the main room (king-sized bed) open plus one of the bathrooms open and everything else (living, kitchen & dining areas) will be available. The remaining 2 smaller (queen-sized rooms) will be locked. The 3rd-4th guest will unlock a second room and then the second bathroom as well, and the 5th-6th guests will unlock the third room. Leaving the queen-sized sleeper sofa for the 7th-8th guests (please review sleeper sofa rules under House Rules section of the listing). **If guests are wanting a room to themselves, there will be a $50/night added to price. Guest access Guests will have access to the space and amenities inside The Coop, as well as the front patio area, plenty of free parking in the front, but no further beyond the picket fence towards the back. The outdoor deck in the back will also be accessible for those staying in The Coop where you can occasionally view our livestock grazing with the free roaming chickens on a calm afternoon. *Please note that The Coop does not include a hot tub/Jacuzzi or an outdoor cooking grill. **If guests are wanting a room to themselves, there will be a $50/night added to price. Other things to note *Upon your arrival, please take the time to review the Welcome letter and House Rules to the left after entering as it will help you become more familiar with the place. **Please keep in mind, we as hosts are putting trust in all those wishing to stay with us, and truly hope you enjoy our home as much as we do. All we ask is for this courtesy to be returned in kind, and for all guests to be honest with us about their intentions for use of our property, and the number of people who will be staying.
