Located in a very central area of Mestre, the Venetian mainland, just 6 minutes walk from the main square and not even a minute from the bus stops, which take you anywhere in a few minutes (airport, train station and Venice). The house is accessible to all thanks to the elevator that takes you directly to the second and last floor where three comfortable rooms are located, each with its own private bathroom. The only common area is a kitchenette where you can have breakfast. The space The room is very comfortable and furnished in a simple but tasteful way. It is equipped with all the comforts, a desk where you can have breakfast or decide to work on your computer, a wardrobe, bedside tables and a comfortable double bed. For your stay we will provide you with clean linen, necessary to make you feel at home. The room is private and has a private bathroom that you can only use. If required it is possible to have a baby bed. Guest access Guests are almost always welcomed by us personally, in rare cases we use self check in. The room is on the second floor of a charming newly restored villa. Guests have access to the garden, where they will be welcomed. The only common areas that they will have to share with the other guests are the small laundry room, and the kitchenette, where it is possible to prepare breakfast only and exclusively (with no lunches or dinners) and interact with other people. During your stay Upon arrival at the facility, I must read the identity documents (passport, identity card, or driving license) of all the guests, to be registered on the site of the municipality. Furthermore, as soon as guests arrive, they will have to give me the tourist tax (in cash), which in the month of January is € 2.80 while the other months are € 4.00 per person per night. I am always available for any questions and advice. Other things to note Parking is free and within the property, monitored by video cameras, availability must be requested to park. Places are limited and parked cars line up one after the other without the possibility of maneuvering. It is advisable to ask first if the parking is available or not.
